Meet the Designer
As a young black woman who has been passionate about fashion since high school, I have been fortunate enough to pursue my dreams in various ways. I have created my own garments from scratch and showcased my work at multiple fashion shows across the country, including Charleston, SC, Los Angeles, CA, and Huntsville, AL.
Additionally, I have competed in fashion competitions and modeled for photoshoots for numerous companies, brands, and collections.

Beyond these exciting opportunities, I have also honed my skills as an intermediate tailor gaining valuable experience. At the young age of 16, I founded my fashion brand, Steezy by Shanae, with a vision of creating effortlessly stylish clothing for both women and men. Since then, my client base has grown significantly.
I am proud to say that my customers have put their trust in me for well-constructed garments. Watching my brand evolve over the years has given me the chance to truly understand the needs and desires of those who appreciate high-quality fashion.
I am presently enrolled in Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, pursuing a degree in both fashion design and fashion journalism. Attending SCAD has opened up a wealth of knowledge, networking, and opportunities in the fashion industry for me. I am grateful for the experiences and connections I have gained so far and am excited for what the future holds in store.
Overall, my journey in the fashion industry has been one of hard work and determination, but it has also been incredibly rewarding. I am constantly inspired by the creativity and passion of those around me and I am excited to continue growing and learning as a designer and artist.
